Support information broken down by product version:

Below details the support terms available on the all all past and present versions of Piscatus3D. Please refer to the Support Categories Reference Guide at the bottom of this page for definitions of each of the three support categories : Full Support, Limited Support and Obsolete. This information is also available in the Piscatus3D Software Licence Agreement.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All versions will start 2012 with Full Support for a limited time. Customers on older versions should use this Full or Limited Support period to upgrade, because upgrades are not available once a version becomes obsolete. Request an upgrade

Version 5.1
  • Full Support for a period of 12 months from the date on which the Licensor issues the installations permit code in respect of Version 5.1 of the Software
  • Limited Support from the date on which the Full Support for this version of the Software expires until such time as the Licensor provides notice (on the Piscatus website) advising that the relevant version of the Software is obsolete
  • Obsolete from the date on which the Licensor notifies that the period of Limited Support for this version of the Software has expired and that the relevant version of the Software is obsolete

Full Support
  • Phone and email support for the product
  • Within version updates for the product are available free of charge
  • Version upgrades are available
  • New permit codes will available if needed
  • Replacement USB dongles are available under these conditions:

    1) when the damaged and returned at the replacement fee

    2) when lost at the full system price

Limited Support
  • Email support for the product is available
  • Within version updates for the product are available free of charge
  • Version upgrades are available
  • New permit codes are not available
  • Replacement USB dongles are available under these conditions:

    1) when the damaged and returned at the replacement fee

    2) when lost at the full system price

Obsolete
  • Phone and email support for the product is not available
  • Within version updates for the product are not available
  • Version upgrades are not available. Full purchase required.
  • New permit codes are not available
  • Replacement USB dongles are not available. New USB dongles must be purchased at the full system price

Note: It is strongly recommended that you upgrade to the latest version before your installation becomes obsolete. Request an upgrade

* These Support Category Terms and Conditions may be subject to change without notice. Updated terms and conditions of the Support Categories become valid to all existing and new users after thirty (30) days of publishing the changes on the Licensor’s website. It is the responsibility of the Licensee to keep up to date with changes of the terms and conditions of the Support Categories by checking the Licensor Website
